Cuoio Nobile is a warm and sensual perfume inspired by Luca Turin's definition of leather as "the purest emanation of luxury". Bergamot and mandarin open the fragrance, followed by a dominant leather note. Patchouli, oakmoss and tobacco provide exceptional adhesion. Pineider uses natural and synthetic fragrances, where the origin is crucial for the quality. Lavender from Barrême, France, with high linalool content is used for Cuoio Nobile. The perfume was a finalist of the "Best Fragrance Creation for Niche Perfumes 2012" in 2011.
